The Oryx Weiss is brewed using a combination of Pale Malt and Wheat Malt together with the addition of aroma hops in the boil. Together with a specific yeast strain and a high fermentation temperature of 23.5 ◦C, a fruity Weiss with banana, pear, bubble-gum and subtle clove and spicy notes gets produced. The Oryx has a fair amount of carbonation that makes it a very refreshing beer with an alcohol content of 4.5 % ABV. Serve at 5-8 ◦C. Keep refrigerated.
